Well, that was a surprise!

The location was unexpectedly peaceful, giving us a chance to rest after a long day. Our stay was decent in the non-smoking double room. Nevertheless, the absence of breakfast options was a noticeable downside . Between the comfort of the beds and a satisfactory atmosphere, it exceeded my expectations, despite minor setbacks.

Its location was good, short walk to fast food/restaurant options, Pizza Hut and close to restaurants.

Really enjoyed our clean and fairly quiet rooms in this hotel.

Everything was great, including AWESOME staff and particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was close enough to stores, and fast food/restaurant options. We stopped by Starbucks for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Free wi-fi and parking were great, but the carpets were really dirty.

Now, let's spill the beans! Although I tried to score a non-smoking room for my kids with allergies, we got handed a smoking room that hit like it needed a serious cleaning intervention. The beds looked like they'd been through a war zone, and the bathroom? Let's just say it could've used a makeover from a horror film. Still, everything had its sparkle in the end!
